Migration OH 1.8 to OH 2.0 : folder access from UI

In openHAB 1.8 you could access the oh folder system (webapps folder) from the ‘classic’ UI.
I was looking for a similar possibility with openHAB2.0.
Does anyone know which folder the UI’s can access.

The webapps folder has been discontinued, but static resources can be placed in conf/html.

And is there a place to access changing files.
I suppose that resoures in conf/html are only taken into account at startup
