Missing binding?

Hi

Today I restart my OH after cache clear and found out that all my binding are missing
After I reinstall all the binding that I remember only one thing not working for me, the openweathermap
I think this is because I’m still missing one or more binding
I also notice that my control tab under paper ui look like this

Can someone please help me with the missing binding?

I think that means you need to wait for OH to download the bindings again.
