Missing OH3 sidebar using Chrome

  I keep losing the sidebar in the OH3 main GUI. I am using Chrome. It doesn’t seem to affect Edge. Please see what I see. Nothing to click on to get the sidebar back. The only solution seems to be to delete cookies. Any help appreciated.

Navigate to your Overview Page. There will be a hamburger menu icon in the upper left corner.

Click that and the sidebar will open up. Then click the little pushpin icon to keep it up.

This is what I see in Overview page. No hamburger icon in either design or run mode:

. The problem is I unpinned the sidebar but now I have no way of repinning it.
