I’m wondering if the “state” property that the 1.x Hue binding used for toggle is coming along up to OpenHAB2. I’ve working on some rules that are polling the state of the light (0220 model) so that I can control the brightness that the light goes up to when I turn it on at different times of day, i.e. stops at a low brightness during the night and goes to a high brightness during the day). I’ve got the rules working fine on 1.x, but since the OH2 binding uses Brightness as a toggle, the system isn’t detecting it when I turn on the lights with my Hue dimmer switch. The only thing that an external toggle (from the Hue switch) triggers is a +1 in color temperature followed by a -1.
