im new to openhab
i’m trying to control my from esp8266-12f with mqtt i already got the raw code from my remote, how can i control the temp from openhab when i press up or down it sends the raw data to the ir ?

im trying to publish from rules but an error{ The name ‘publish’ cannot be resolved to an item or type;} how can i do that

With the info thus far, I recommend you resolve “publish” in your item or type.
