Is it a 3B or a 3b+?
What kind or installation

It’s 3b

https://docs.openhab.org/installation/openhabian.html
Does the raspi run before?

what do you mean?

Do you use this instruction, this image-file, etcher etc?
Does openhab run at this raspi before (with this/other SD)?

yes it did, then it started crashing constantly and i changed out the sd card.

What version is it and can you start the paper-ui?

openHAB 2.2.0 Release Build
Yes i can when i restart it.

What power supply are you using? Try something else which can supply at lest 2A

2a a samsung one, should i use something else? It was all normal a few months ago.

Perhaps the some of the files you transferred from your old SD card to your new one were corrupted by the old, failing SD card and you’ve copied them to the new one?

Might be worth trying something else just to eliminate it.
I had one crashing on me a lot and it was that. Guess poor quality dc.

I have copied only the openhab2 files, and i have one error there, it’s in rules, however there is no difference if the error exists or not.

I fixed it and forgot to update, it was my sd card.
