Yesterday I connected to the MyHome_Screen system using “MyHOME_Suite 3.5”, and I changed a setting in a light, and it gave a firmware error (my version of MyHome was on 1.1) so I changed the drop-down in the Suite to say 1 from the default of 2.5 and it uploaded the changes to the unit and seemed to verify everything. Now after several power-off/on it is frozen on a screen saying “To correctly update the configuration get the existing one from the device, check it and send it back”, but I can no longer connect to it via wifi. Can anyone let me know how I can recover tyhe system? Thanks"!
not sure if this is the right forum for your question. do you mean the mh4893 touchscreen? the only tip i can give is to try to connect the screen via usb to myhome-suite. this sometimes still works even if connection over ethernet does not work. so when you send your config from myhome-suite select “usb”. if this also does not work i am afraid you will have to contact your dealer.
