NEO COOLCAM Motion Sensor -> receive no data

Hi

I try to install a motion sensor (PIR) from Neo Coolcam via Z-Wave.
Openhab 2 recognized the sensor, but in Paper Ui Control are no data.
All Data in Control are Zero.

I have install the snapshot of z-wave binding: org.openhab.binding.zwave-2.2.0-SNAPSHOT.jar

Have someone an idea, why openhab no data receive from the pir sensor?
