Nest SDM: No Access to Partner when traying to get the auth code

My Nest Hello 1st gen finally died and I replaced it with a new Gen 2. My Nest to Google transition got totally messed up, so this is my first opportunity to try out the Nest add-on.

I’ve followed the instructions in the add-on docs to the best of my ability, and I’m stuck at the step where I get the authorization code. I’ve tried a bunch of stuff and no matter what I’ve triedm, after logging into my account (the same account all the API stuff was set up under) I end up getting to a page that says the following:

No access to partner

Information could not be retrieved. Please contact openHAB to verify that your account has been properly set up. You may need to add the developer email address as a home member in the Google Home app settings.

Any ideas where I might be going wrong? Maybe I need to wait a bit longer for the new client and permissions to be enabled?
