Nest Thermostat: OK to have both OH2 & OH3 linked?

Hi all,

Finally starting my migration from OH2 to OH3. It is going to take some time to get all of my stuff moved over, so I plan to keep my OH2 system up and operational as my production system during the transition but wanted to put the Nest binding onto my OH3 system to get it set up and checked out.

So can I use the same client_id, client_secret, pin, and access token on both systems?

Based on my understanding on how it works, it should be fine except you have to make sure you don’t poll the API too often with both running at the same time.
