I was not able to get the camera working in the sitemap. The documentation is not giving any example.
Image item=Netatmo_Eingang_LivePictureUrl
Is not working

If you are trying to pass an item= over you need to leave the url= in the format. Note that the item needs to be a image item and not a string holding a url in text format.

Image url="http://google.com/leaveLinkAsThis.jpg" item=Netatmo_Eingang_LivePicture refresh=5000

Also I have found the IOS app does not display the image, but using basic UI in a browser will and also the Andriod app works.
