New binding "switch delay", what you think?

How do you think, is “switch delay” binding needed?
This binding do delay several seconds after SWITCH change it state, and do not react on switch changes on “delay time”.
Something like “expire” binding { delay=2s }
I think this binding helps to not using proxy switches in rules.

You mean a “debounce” feature? Really that sounds like a job for existing bindings talking to hardware. Or is there some other use case you have in mind?

I think that delay needed to receive feedback from some type of switches.
