New Discovery installs bindings without confirmation

I assume the new discovery feature installed the following bundles, when I updated to M6 (I think):

262 │ Active ???  80 │ 4.1.0                  │ openHAB Core :: Bundles :: uPnP Suggested Add-on Finder
263 │ Active │  80 │ 4.1.0                  │ openHAB Core :: Bundles :: mDNS Suggested Add-on Finder
264 │ Active │  80 │ 4.1.0                  │ openHAB Core :: Bundles :: IP-based Suggested Add-on Finder

My question is, was this an unintentional action in a milestone release or is this how it is supposed to work that new bundles are installed without confirmation of the user?
Just asking to understand the new feature.
If yes, what is the reason why these bundles are installed?

As you can see, these bundles are part of the openHAB core, not add-ons you can decide to install or not.
But you have (advanced) settings in case you want to uninstall them.
