I just wanna say Hi!
I officially joined the community about a month ago and I must say, I am more than overwhelmed!
I have a strong professional background in IT system integrations, so as always, I approached OpenHAB with some initial skepticism.
BUT, even if there is still a lot to do, the ease of installation; the accuracy of documentation; the supported integrations; and the great community proved my worries wrong and made me feel like I found myself a new exciting hobby.
I actually started looking into OpenHAB because the provided application layer and integration module of BTicino is immense bc - that and the 12 different apps on my phone… I just want 1 to rule them all.
My current setup:
- Raspberry PI 4
- Daikin Emura AC Units
- Legrand/BTicino OWN bus system (MyHomeServer1)
- Philips Hue Bulbs and Outlets
- Logitech Harmony Hub
- Google Home & Apple Homekit / Siri
