No add-ons menu on settings page

  • Issue: no Add-ons menu appearing on Settings Page:

Everything seems to be working, but I can’t add to the configuration (e.g. a new binding) because the menu isn’t there. I have tried restarting - I didn’t notice any errors in the log. There is a addons.cfg file in the conf/services folder with “package = standard” and nothing else.

I didn’t think that I had changed anything, i.e. no update, etc, been using this for months. Any clues?

I tried a different browser, changing browser scaling, clearing browser cache, re-creating container - no change.

I overcame this by updating to 3.2.0, but never solved it for 3.0.2.
