After upgrade til snapshot all my zwave an netatmo devices dont report data. They are online under things, but do not show under control in PaperUi. Have upgraded to snapshot 627, but same problem.
Any tips for what to debug ?

I had an very similar issue.
How did you configure your items?
Do you see your items?
I’ve configured my items via HABmin and this configuration got lost, so I had to reconfigure my items.

PS: Starting OH in debug-mode and provide this logs is always a good way to begin.
