Norwegian translation

Hi,

I’ve made a norwegian translation (tags_no.properties) for Habot semantics and a pull request here: https://github.com/eclipse/smarthome/tree/master/bundles/core/org.eclipse.smarthome.core.semantics/src/main/resources

Is this still the correct location for this?

Thank you very much for the contribution. But I am afraid the location is wrong. Code has been moved to https://github.com/openhab/openhab-core/tree/master/bundles/org.openhab.core.semantics.
