OH 2.3 Snap 1224 = clear cache + tmp

Don’t know why the upgrade script didn’t do it’s job, but without manually clearing the cache + tmp dirs, I got:
broken PaperUI (same as: OH2 Snapshot #922 (Cool New Look of PaperUI))

and the following in every OH2 service startup:

clearing cache & tmp made both issues go away and system is up and running properly now
