OH 2.5.8 Paper-UI don't load angularJS with blooked cookies

I am surprised that OpenHAB in Paper UI (2.5.8) does not load the AngularJS 1.5.7 libraries when I block all cookies in Firefox Browser. If I only block third-party cookies (which I have been using since then), then the Paper UI works.
