OH 4.3.1 completely ruined my home automation

OH 4.3.1 completely ruined my home automation.
Long-runing host (OH3->OH4) reboots due to occasional power-off and OH gone.
OH stuck at start level 80 with a lot of bundles in “Waiting” state.Bundles diag shows a lot of “Missing reference”.
Cache clean, restore from backup, restore from entire host OS backup - all unsuccessful.
Hope someone can point me to solution…

Additional info:
OH 4.3.1
Ubuntu 20.04
1 socket, 4 cores, 4Gb RAM, 32 GB SSD.
Tried upgrade to 4.3.5 - same behaviour.

Sorry for not adding logs as attached files - it’s hard to do that from Android phone.

@Larsen i’m sorry that you count my words offensive, but this really ruine my home.

What‘s your Java version ?

openHAB 3.x → Java 11
openHAB 4.x → Java 17
openHAB 5.x → Java 21

Openhab 4.3.1, so java is 17.

Perhaps same issue as this? If you read through this completely it seems some recent government restrictions have impacted OpenHab connectivity to required internet resources in the Russia regions.

On a side note, if it does turn out to be this issue it would be really nice if the OP changed the title of his post to more accurately reflect the real cause to help other readers from the region to resolve this issue.
