I just realized you stated this:
I believe there are some OS kernel level differences in between those CPUs. As stated in the other thread, that is beyond the scope of the openHAB forum. Starting a new thread here does not change that fact.
Suggestions here would be:
- Do not do that
- If you want to move OH to the Pi 3, import a backup of OH on the Pi 4 to a different SD card on the Pi 3.
