I have made some changes to the Alarm command class and would like to create a pull request for it. And I am wondering if I should create a pull request against your repo or the openhab2-addons?

Do it against the main OH2 repo for starters. We’ll have to see how it looks as I’ve made quite a few changes to the binding but can’t currently merge them due to other constraints. I’ll take a look at your changes and try and resolve the conflicts that will likely occur, but it’s probably best to try and merge your changes into the main repository first.
