After upgrading to OH3.1 the ikea blinds give error when receding command DOWN.
The command UP works ad normal.

Have tested with 3.1.0.M3 and latest https://openhab.jfrog.io/artifactory/libs-pullrequest-local/org/openhab/addons/bundles/org.openhab.binding.deconz/3.1.0-SNAPSHOT/org.openhab.binding.deconz-3.1.0-SNAPSHOT.jar
But same error.
When downgrade the binding to 3.0 it works fine.
