After a long hiatus i decided to pick up the raspi4 from the drawer and start anew, after the past, frustrating attempt to get zigbee thermostats working.
anyways, saw OH3 is out, flashed, loving it so far. Except for one thing:
zigbee devices that are directly connected to the echo plus (its my only zigbee hub) do not show any channels (powerState, brightness, etc) when added as a thing from the inbox.
in OH2 versions, the devices would advertise those channels and one could quickly create items connected to those channels and thus control the devices hooked up to the echo plus zigbee hub. Now they do not. Is this a known limitation of the OH3 AEC binding? Is it documented yet? Workarounds?
