I’ll try the normal item with linked channels approach, that will probably work.
As for the light’s they are GU10 bulbs RGBW with tasmota on. so need CT, H, S & B. B works on both modes, if you select CT, H & S mute, if you set H, then CT mutes. They work well. They are in a 3 bulb ceiling fitting. 90% they will be in CT mode (warm white) for normal use, all bulbs in sync. but sometimes they will be in color mode and some bulbs may be different colors.
