OH4.1.0 & OH4.1.1 - Main UI Thing's Profile Doesn't Seem to Work

Hi,

I have upgraded from 3.4.5 to 4.1.x. I realized that the Profile doesn’t seem to be triggered. Example. under CHANNELS, i link a channel to another DateTime item and set profile “Timestamp on Update”, and the linked isn’t updated at all upon CHANNEL state being updated.
