At one home I had with dsl Internet service, I insisted there was static on the phone / dsl line at times when the wind blew. We were told it could not happen because the lines are underground.
Finally the local techs decided to give us another line pair anyway. Just before changing over, they listened to the line and at that moment the wind blew & they heard the static. After getting a different line pair the problem never happened again.

I would have offered to sell that tv to the engineers.
