Openhab 1.8 Designer error code=13

Hi, I have the problem that can be seen in the photo and I can’t run the openhab Designer. The demo is running perfectly.

I use windows 7 and eclipse luna and mars, but none of them doing anything.

Which version of Java do you use?

jdk1.8.0_74 x64

ok, then simply install 32bit-Version additional, cause Designer needs 32bit-Version (has imho no negative side-effects)
