Check with the PaperUI if all bindings/add-ons are correct installed

It is.
First it wasn´t, than I installed the KNX binding, but it will not start.
After installing I´ve stopped and started openhab

I think KNX Binding is active:

But it doesn’t work. Furthertime I’ve seen that a connection to knx is established. but with this build there is no entry in the log. Also I changed the knx.cfg, than you get a log-info, but not yet. Whats wrong?

Is the KNX binding a new beinding? Do this also work, or have I to redefine all my KNX configuration? Is this working: Switch UG_Heizung “Licht Heizungsraum” (gUG) {knx=“1/1/1+<1/7/1”}
before I updatet it works fine

I think the old KNX Binding 1 is killed, compromisslos . I see only the new version, so that I must have to reconfigure all my KNX Items. It is unfair to do that on this way.

No, it has been moved to the legacy package as I have mentioned in the annoucement. All you need to make sure is to enable legacy bindings (e.g. in the addons.cfg) and you can continue to use the old KNX binding without any problem.

In fact, knx1 is legacy since Build #1230, so just before this build, it was the only knx binding and not legacy at all.
Since Build 1230 there are two knx bindings, the new knx2 binding, fully configurable through Paper UI (or *.things text file…) and the old one, now marked as legacy. So if you want to stay at knx1, you have to enable legacy bindings, which will enable all other old (in the meaning of: there is also an OH2 type) bindings as well.

Where “enable” actually means “make them available for installation”, i.e. they are not automatically installed by this - it is just that another repository is added to the system from which add-ons are resolved.
