I would like to thank @cpmeister too. He boosted the review and merge of PRs with good review comments.
Thanks for the reminder - done!
@Kai
Currently 2.5.4 isnāt found with an openhabian installation.
Iāve done:
sudo apt-get update
and
sudo apt-get upgrade -s
Maybe something is wrong with the repos?

@Benjy Looks as if https://ci.openhab.org/view/Release%20Jobs/job/openhab-linuxpkg-release/23/ failed to deploy to Bintray. Any idea why this is?
Iām not sure, requesting the step to be done again in artifactory successfully deploys it (using the same rule). I donāt think anything has changed in that logicā¦
Iāve created openhab-linuxpkg/168 to track and solve.
2.5.4 is now on Bintray and available for install for Linux packages.
Thanks for the quick help!
Hi all! I may ask a stupid question, but how does work the windows version update? Download and extract on the older version folder?
It will be a mess for me If I ruin my setup right nowā¦
Thanks in advance!
Use the PowerShell scriptā¦
I find it amazing how many forum questions are answered in the official documentation.
Thank you for this great work.
Just updated openHabian from 2.5.3 to 2.5.4
FYI at the moment I couldnāt see the dashboard, after stopping the service and clear /tmp and /cash everything works fine now.
Next time please use the command mv /cash stfn82
followed by sudo openhab-cli clean-cache
??? What is that supposed to do?
Iām sorry about that, I meant /cache
But you promised cash!!
does this the same stuff like
sudo rm -R /var/lib/openhab2/cache/*
and
sudo rm -R /var/lib/openhab2/tmp/*
Never mind.
I found (again):
