I had the same issue running OH 2.5 stable.
The fault was on my site. My KNX Gateway had the Address 15.1.255 and I thought that I’ve to use this address for the parameter localSourceAddr=“15.1.255”
But the Binding docs are telling something different:
Since I’ve changed back to 0.0.0 the problem is gone
