openHAB 4.0.1 : DPT 27.001 Unable to read correct value

Dear Hello,

I am try to read back value of my actuator heating system from jung device.
Format value is with DPT 27.001 >> Bit-combined info on/off.

When diagnose on ETS value responding well buy meaning returning correct value in byte.

When collecting in openhab 4.0.1 : has many topics on the forum only speak about correct ga but i try it at definition like this : help if i a m wrong with address specified like

27.001:<3/7/8

Result : get on openhab is 0.63 when set has number in any case of description
