I have same problem with error in the logs and then items not working. If I resave items file (adding new line, saving, removing new line, saving) then updates for all items listed in that file are coming again. With only exception being Network binding related items - they are no longer updating their state. When changing logging of Networking binding to trace, logs are coming regularly for some time and then there is silence. In Karaf, binding is marked as active, WOL seems to work too
Edit: Seems pinging of devices is not working on my end if you have more than 5 pingdevice present - after 5th, updates are no longer being sent. Edit 2: Reverted that commit locally and built it - my setup seems to work again
