A fix is already proposed (not by myself) but not yet merged. Once it is merged, @sihui and @glhopital I will tell you and will then encourage you to install a snapshot containing the fix to have your feedback.

Snapshot 4840 contains the fix for java.util.ConcurrentModificationException.
