I would like to buy a zigbee binding compatible siren for home security reason, but I dont know which one is compatible with the zigbee binding.

It it is certified zigbee (i.e. has the Zigbee logo on it), and it’s from a reputable vendor, it will be compatible with the Zigbee binding. It works with anything that follows the Zigbee spec. Where people run into trouble is buying stuff that is kinda-sorta Zigbee (Hue, Tradfre, Xiaomi, etc).
