Openhab.jfrog.io is dead?

Hello,

Today I tried to install openHAB and could no download any artifacts from https://openhab.jfrog.io. Like addons from: https://openhab.jfrog.io/artifactory/libs-release-local/org/openhab/distro/openhab-addons/3.3.0/openhab-addons-3.3.0.kar
Also if I try to build any project it is stuck by trying to download artifacts from jfrog.

Does some one have an idea what is going on? jfrog itself reports no downtime.
