I have seen this happen also in OH3, but now, after I updated to OH4, it happens all the time, making it rather difficult to work on OH:
I don’t even know how to correctly describe the issue, but basically what happens is that the browser tab where OH is running becomes unresponsive to the extent that it wont even react to Cmd + R. If I copy the URL from that tab and open a new tab, the page loads with no delay. Tried both a Chromium based browser and Safari. In Safari it seems to happen a little less, but I’m not sure.
There is nothing in the OH logs, so I assume that this is an entirely local issue in the browser. But it only happens with the OH UI.
