OpenSource/local smart speaker instead alexa?

I’m thinking on replacing my Alexas with some opensource smart speakers, that act locally only.

I’m open to add some kind of server for interpreting the voice commands.

So basically:

  1. Integrated in openhab (read/write for switches, blinds, temperature,…)
  2. Can be used as audio sink
  3. Works also as spotify connect client

Someone using something in that direction?
