OpenWeatherMap daily forecasts with free API using plain OpenHAB rules

I added daily forecasts to the binding now using the new One Call API. A beta is available for testing. Find details here:

Hey guys, there is a new free route named one call api. Take a look here: [ht…tps://openweathermap.org/api/one-call-api](https://openweathermap.org/api/one-call-api) It is included in the free api key and provides also daily forecast. I think the implementation is a great improvement for all users. I would do it by myself, but I started with OpenHab two days ago and I have too unterstand the mechanic of bindings first.
