Glad it helps! Unfortunately, I’ve just discovered that due to this issue you need to re-run the “downgrade” each time you install or update any addon.
Still, for those of us unable to reliably reconfigure the group addresses it keeps the house working (and the family happy!)
As said A0 is an invalid address, and correcting the binding code now to accept wrong addresses like that is quite some work, and this just to adapt to some few systems that have a wrong configuration.
This is quite a specific customisation for just some users!!!
Have you tried simply to change your address from 80 (A=8, PL=0 → wrong) to 81 (A=8, PL=1 → correct) for example ?
What address did you try in practice to configure?
I suspect that your way of configure the new addresses is somehow wrong (for some reason) and then they are set back to the original address.
have you carefully read the manuals to how configure addresses in your system?
did you check with some BTicino Professional (for example the one that installed and first configured your system) and ask him how to re-configure your addresses to correct/valid ones?
