The Sonoff/Itead zigbee 3 USB stick works just fine with newer zigbe v3 devices.
But Itead do not have them for sale right now.
The mentioned Elelabs and the Popp USB sticks are the only ones I know of that supports zigbee v3 with the zigbee-binding right now.
To get the newer zigbee 3 devices to stay on the network a fairly recent firmware is needed.
And that is not only for Hue devices. Several other devices requires a recent v3 coordinator version.
