Philips Hue without function after restart

Hello everybody,
Every time I restart openHAB, the Philips Hue does not work. The connection button on the HUE bridge must then always be pressed. After that, the PH works perfectly again until the next restart.

Does anyone know how to solve this problem?

PS. Or is it possible to activate the Philips Hue authentication button by rule when restarting?
