edit ignore, Github issue has been raised.
As per this thread, org.openhab.binding.piface-1.9.0-SNAPSHOT.jar works as is in Openhab2 final after configuring manually.
Has been suggested to create a new topic calling this out so it’s included in the 1.9 packages in OH2 by default.
