It looks like you have updated from 2.3 to 2.4.
In this case you see some breaking changes in the zwave binding which can easily be solved: deleete all things and readd them (don’t exclude/reinclude).

I have now merged the development version of the ZWave binding into master, so it will be available in the 2.4 snapshot version.
