Publish manual added text from openhab UI

Hi Gens,

Im new in the OpenHab system, can some one can say me is it any possibility type message and publish it from UI interfaces such as Android app or Web app, i want send to my arduino command which i add manually ?

Thanks that help me )) now i need find some script to send POST request by pressing button

Using my HABPanel example the text gets send to an item. Using a rule on the changed event of that item would be a way. Search the forum for a POST example in a rule to put it together.
