Normally you would configure which NTP tasmota should ask for time and date. For a complete list of tasmota commands, see the tasmota wiki:
When using the Web-UI of your Tasmota it’s quite easy.
Go to the console and type in “timezone”. After confirming the command, you will see the timezone, which is set.
After that type in “timezone 99” and your local timezone is set. Then type in “timezone” again and you will see the result of your setting.
