I believe the only one that can do it is the Reolink range of battery cameras that work with their ‘home hub’. The hub works as a bridge and gives you RTSP for their battery cameras that otherwise do not allow this. I do not know if it gives you ONVIF, suspect it does not, so not sure how the motion and other alarms will go and if they work via the reolink API. You are going to be limited by the battery life so a POE cabled camera is going to be much better.
There is also a software way of doing it. I should stress that I have not tried it so really have no idea if it works. You will need to either try it or do some reading about either option.
