Remote access status is ONLINE for account, OFFLINE for control

Could anybody please explain, if i get in the log the record

2017-01-06 09:49:05.234 [INFO ] [io.openhabcloud.internal.CloudClient] - Connected to the openHAB Cloud service (UUID = acxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx82d, base URL = http://localhost:8080
)

then go to https://myopenhab.org/, login in to my account and see a green status saying ‘ONLINE’.
openhab.Cloud service has an option ‘ALL’ selected, with ‘notification and remote access’ option chosen, as always.

then as i go to https://home.myopenhab.org/start/index - i observe a message ‘openHAB is offline’ - what should be done next? mobile app also states ‘openhab is offline’ when i try to access it via remote link. local access works fine.

restarted openhab twice and on a second restart it started to work. not sure what it is or was, but it is annoying.
