Reuse code snippets in blockly

Hi community,
I start using blockly to create my rules and have now the case that several rules should execute the same code block (snippet).
Is there any way to define this block centrally and then call it from the several rules?
Or do I always have to rebuild the block completely for each rule?

Can by done in Menu “Developer Tools” → Block Libraries

I had already seen that, but there I build an empty element and also not by drag & drop but by code.
And there I am not yet so far. Another possibility does not exist?

I have figured it out myself. The Scripts part does exactly what I need
