Revised documentation for the TinkerForge Binding and Action available

A revised documentation for the TinkerForge [Binding] (https://github.com/openhab/openhab/wiki/Tinkerforge-Binding) and [Action] (https://github.com/openhab/openhab/wiki/Actions#tinkerforge-actions) is available from the github wiki.

There are over 3400 lines of descriptions and examples which would make up over 50 printed pages.
The docs are based on the example configurations available from here:
